I hold a PhD in law and I am an associate researcher at the ISCC within the research group Information and Commons Governance. I am also a member of the Open Access Button team, an app that finds access to available free and open research articles and data and guides authors in making their research open access.
I am a lawyer with a great interest in Internet law and more specifically in information technology law. As such, I work on legal issues related to new and emerging technologies. My main areas of expertise include intellectual property law, privacy, contracts, and data protection. Recently, my research focuses on copyright reforms, digital rights, open licensing, Creative Commons, open access, and open data (for public sector information and scientific research data).
